GLOW Charity Quilt!

Each year the Columbia Piecemakers make a quilt to be raffled off at Oktoberfest. Proceedes go to the Columbia River PUD's "Neighbor's GLOW Fund". The Neighbor's GLOW Fund provides emergency bill paying assistance to low-income PUD customers who are behind in their payments and in danger of having their electricity shut off. GLOW (Give Light, Offer Warmth) is funded through charitable contributions and employee fundraisers. For more information or to donate to the Neighbor's GLOW Fund please visit the GLOW Fund website.
